How do I purchase content from the Phone Arcade mobile store?
To purchase an order from the Phone Arcade you must order your content by SMS following the instructions on the order page.

After receiving your order, we bill and send your content to you via a WAP Push message which will connect your phone to the internet for a short period - this allows you to download and save your content to your phone.

Please make sure your phone is WAP enabled so you can receive your order. If you are having problems with your WAP configuration please contact your network who will be able to set this up for you.

If you are purchasing a game - please check our compatibility list to make sure this game will work on your handset.

I have received the content I ordered to my handset but cannot save it. Why?
You have exceeded the amount of storage space in the multimedia section of your handset. It may be necessary to delete any unused items on your phone memory.

I have downloaded my item and cannot find it?
You will be able to find your content in the audio, image, game and download section of your mobile phone. You will find your wap push message in your message inbox or push messages section. All messages will be delivered in 24 hrs.

What is WAP?
